DODGE RAM™ GRIZZ V12™ Founder Edition products are limited-production and/or made-to-order items.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with personal preference.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping.

The item is defective due to a manufacturing defect.

You receive the wrong item.

Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@dodgeramgrizzv12.com with:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage.

Approved claims may receive a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that Founder Edition products are limited releases and that all sales are final except for verified damaged or defective merchandise, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
